The karakuri dolls, often called as the robot form the Edo period, confirmed the huge influence of toys in modern mechanics and robotics. The wooden automaton was an essential starting point, manipulated thorough time, and adapted to its society and surrounding environment. This is the beginning of the so called "robot age". Toys were experimentation of technology. Toys had been perceived as art with the essence of science. It teaches the base of art, to entertain or to give pleasure to the audience.
